End User License Agreement

By default, Apple's standard license agreement (Apple Standard EULA) applies to apps on the App Store. If you choose to use Apple's standard EULA, you can put that link in your App Store description instead of this page. If you will use a custom EULA, it must include Apple's minimum terms below.

1. Parties to the Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between you, who use the Trendio app (the "App"), and the App's developer [ŞİRKET UNVANI] ("Developer"). Apple Inc. ("Apple") is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content.

2. Scope of the license

The Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set out in the App Store Terms of Service. Other accounts that access the App through Family Sharing or volume purchase may also use the App within these rules.

3. License restrictions

  • You may not copy or modify the App, reverse engineer it, or try to extract its source code (except where the law expressly allows).
  • You may not rent, sell, or distribute the App, or make it available for others to use over a network.
  • You may not try to get around subscription and usage limits or disable security measures.
  • You may not use the App for illegal purposes or in breach of the Terms of Use.

4. Maintenance and support

The Developer alone is responsible for maintenance and support services for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. For support: [DESTEK E-POSTASI].

5. Warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is". If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price you paid for the App, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App, and any other claims, losses, and costs arising from a failure to conform to a warranty are the Developer's responsibility.

6. Product claims

For claims asserted by you or third parties relating to the App or to your possession or use of it — including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation — the Developer, not Apple, is the responsible party.

7. Intellectual property infringement claims

If there is a claim that the App, or your possession and use of it, infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.

8. Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a US government embargo or that has been designated a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) you are not listed on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also use the App in compliance with the export and sanctions laws of your country.

9. AI content

The App contains suggestions, texts, and analyses generated automatically by AI. This content may be wrong or incomplete; checking it before you publish it is your responsibility. For details, see article 6 of the Terms of Use, and for data processing, the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-party terms

When using the App, you must comply with the applicable agreement terms of third parties, such as your wireless data service provider, Apple, and the social media platforms whose usernames you add (e.g., Instagram, TikTok).

11. Termination

This Agreement remains in force until terminated by you or the Developer. If you breach the Agreement, the license ends without notice. You can end the Agreement at any time by deleting the App from your devices and deleting your account. Termination does not by itself cancel an active App Store subscription.

12. Third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of the Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary, and is deemed to have accepted that right.
